I think I have made it quite CLEAR over this blog that I have an obsession for all sweet things, especially peanut butter and chocolate. I also have a love for Paula Deen on the Food Network. She is just adorable. I saw an episode the other day where she made peanut butter cup brownies. Naturally, I decided to come up with my own, one without a stick of butter. Sorry, Paula.
Ingredients:
1 package no pudge brownies
12 tbsp marshmallow fluff
8 pb2 peanut butter cups (~3/4 cup pb2, 1/2 cup chocolate chips)
Cook brownies as directed on box.
Freeze peanut butter cups until hardered (about 10-15 minutes)
Once cooled, cut brownies in 24 squares.
Top brownies with 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff and pb cup and sandwich it with another brownie on top.
Paula's version= a million calories
Lisa's version= 185 calories
ENJOY!
