1 cup coconut kefir or coconut milk (a good one is by So Delicious)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 packets of sugar or 1.5 tbsp honey
1 tbsp low-fat shredded coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
optional: 1/4 cup low fat icecream (I like vanilla stonyfield yogurt)
Top with fat-free whipped cream, white chocolate, or anything your stomach desires!
