With the holidays coming, it becomes hard to pass up decadent desserts. You name it, I want to eat it. One of the desserts I love is cheesecake and luckily I came across a low-cal cheesecake recipe that I wanted to share with you. Its adapted from Bethenny Frankel, who I am a HUGE fan of. She loves cheesecake, but like my, hates the calories. So here is a simple cheesecake recipe you can make in under 3 minutes.
What you need:
1/2 cup low fat or fat free ricotta cheese
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1-2 packet stevia or 1 tbsp honey
Top with 4 tbsp fat free reddi whip or cool whip
Stir and Eat!
