What you need:
1/2 cup low fat or fat free ricotta cheese
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1-2 packet stevia or 1 tbsp honey
Vanilla extract
Top with 4 tbsp fat free reddi whip or cool whip
Stir and Eat!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE cheesecake. I also love ricotta lol I have a recipe on my blog for a chocolate ricotta dish that is SO good. As long as people can get past the grainy texture, ricotta is actually really good! And PACKED with protein!
