DARK chocolate CHUNK cherry OATMEAL cookies!

First off, I apologize to everyone for not posting lately! The end of the semester is coming near and I am bogged down with work! More posts will come, promise!

Over Thanksgiving, I was experimenting with different healthy recipes that I could bring to the table for the holiday's. I came up with a delicious cookie recipe that will satisfy your craving without all the excess calories and guilt!

You will need: ~Makes 10 cookies
1 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat white flour
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried cherries
3/4 cup almond milk or 1/2 cup greek yogurt
3 packets stevia
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp light butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Combine all. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown! Enjoy!

  8. Yummm!! I haven't had oatmeal chocolate chip cookies in forever! They're easily one of my favorite cookies though. Next time I make them I'll definitely be throwing some dried cherries in.. if I can find some. Those would go so well!
