MMMM pass me some CHEESECAKE.

I love cheesecake. Its creaminess and sweetness, has always had me. But with an estimated 100 calories per bite, is this moment of happiness really worth it? I mean, yeah. But still.


With the holidays coming, it becomes hard to pass up decadent desserts. You name it, I want to eat it. One of the desserts I love is cheesecake and luckily I came across a low-cal cheesecake recipe that I wanted to share with you. Its adapted from Bethenny Frankel, who I am a HUGE fan of.  She loves cheesecake, but like my, hates the calories. So here is a simple cheesecake recipe you can make in under 3 minutes.

What you need:
1/2 cup low fat or fat free ricotta cheese
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1-2 packet stevia or 1 tbsp honey
Vanilla extract

Top with 4 tbsp fat free reddi whip or cool whip

Stir and Eat!

  3. I LOVE cheesecake. I also love ricotta lol I have a recipe on my blog for a chocolate ricotta dish that is SO good. As long as people can get past the grainy texture, ricotta is actually really good! And PACKED with protein!

  8. oh myy 100 calories per bite! Wow. I was never the hugest fan of cheesecake... I prefer ice cream but that looks like a great recipe.
