As someone who is allergic to wheat, eating pasta is just NOT an option. Recently, I discovered
polenta, which is so delicious, low cal (just 140 calories for that whole bowl), and not to mention good for you!
Today for lunch I enjoyed polenta with rosemary, squash, and a little but of 0 cal butter spray! It was delicious. Its creamy and tastes like mashed potatoes... mmmm! I suggest you all make this immediately!
I keep seeing polenta around the blogosphere. Something I need to try it sounds like.
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to try polenta for some time now! Is this the kind that you buy in a tube? Or does it come in gritty sort of things? Haha, it's hard to explain but at the store I saw 2 different kinds and I have no idea which one to get!
