Cookie dough has to be the most delicious thing ever. But everyone knows its not very healthy, UNFORTUNATELY. Seriously, I could bathe in cookie dough (weird, I know, I always say weird stuff like that, but you know what I mean). Its just too too good!
In an effort to eat very cleanly (see goal post below!). I wanted to figure out a way to satisfy my sweet tooth, while putting good things into my body. This morning I made some chocolate-peanut butter flax cookie dough balls! I admit, they are not as good as regular cookie dough (this picture does them no justice!), but hey they're pretty good and for only 95 calories and the nutritional punch they pack, I'll TAKE IT!
