1. Its packed with anti-oxidants (beta carotene)
2. Low calorie
3. High Fiber
4. PREVENTS WRINKLES (my personal number one reason I eat it so often)
1.5 cups oats (put in food processor to make into a flour)
1 can pumpkin
1 egg white or 1/4 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp maple syrup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar3 packets stevia (or 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey)
1/2 cup 2% greek yogurt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients. Put in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
