Maple Sugar Vanilla Cookies!

Who DOESN'T like sugar cookies? I know I do. I came up with a hearty oatmeal maple vanilla sugar cookie that is low cal. and DELICIOUS. Each weighs in at 85 calories (compared to your average of about 150 cal.)

The ingredients: Makes 8 cookies.
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup oats
3 tbsp Brummel and Brown Yogurt Butter
2 tbsp honey
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple extract
2-3 packets stevia (about 1.5 tsp)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon

Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. ENJOY!

  2. I didn't know you could bake with Brummel and Brown! I love that stuff. It's almost as good as real butter. :)
