A LOAF you wil LOVE

I've been getting a couple emails to feature that recipe for the HUGE 250 calorie pumpkin loaf!

So here it is. This badboy is so gigundo and so satisfying. It keeps you full for hours...which, I can't complain about.

What you need: this creates 1
1/2 cup Bob's redmill g-free flour
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tbsp egg whites
2 tbsp almond milk
2 packets stevia, 1 packet truvia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
Lots of cinnamon

Mix and put into a mini loaf pan or you can use a muffin tin. On the top of the batter (once placed in pan) drizzle on the batter 1/2 tsp of honey and sprinkle with cinnamon!

Place in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
