Last night, I knew I would be in the mood for something sweet in the morning. When I woke up today, was I right! I had some delicious vanilla protein fudge, which I left in the refrigerator last night so that it would be extra fudgy. I paired this with some apple slices. I need to make sure I have extra energy today as I have classes all morning and am teaching my first aerobics class of the semester!
