A cookie dough, that won't leave you DOUGHY.

I've really been into reading a million health blogs these days, and I was fortunate to find a DELICIOUS recipe on, that will change your life. Its a protein cookie dough. All you need to do is: 1. Mix 2 scoops or 1 serving of your favorite protein powder (I use Terra whey: chocolate) 2. Add 1/2-1 tbsp nut butter (such as PB2, almond butter, or regular peanut butter) 3. Add 2 tsp of a sweetener (such as agave or stevia) 4. Add about 1-2 tbsp of water 5. Stir and Devour! Mine is more similar to cake or brownie batter, but if you use vanilla protein powder instead it will be more like a cookie dough. You can even add some chocolate chips! Some of my favorite protein powders are: Terra's Whey (any kind) and Biochem (chocolate fudge and carmel swirl). It really is so delicious. It tastes very similar to a tootsie roll. Its chewy and candy bar like! The chocolate one I make tastes phenomenal and it has 21 grams of protein, only 4 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of fiber! How's that for a COOKIE DOUGH?!?


  1. It's funny you posted this now because I literally woke up excited to try protein cookie dough today! I'm going to use vanilla designer whey + pb + 1 mini dark choco piece. YUM!

  2. that does sound super yummy! i've tried doing something similar and sticking in the microwave for a bit. it is like a warm brownie. yum!

  3. Yum! That sounds SO good! I haven't tried out any of the protein powders yet because I was nervous about them tasting chalky, but this looks delish!
