Lately I have been obsessed with making green juices in hopes of helping my digestive system and improving my health. This month I am making it my goal to have a green drink at least for one meal a day.
The reasons?
Juicing eliminates wastes, gives the digestive system a break, and provides your body with essential vitamins and nutrients.
A favorite of mine? (make sure you use organic vegetables/fruits or even local: you don't want to be ingesting pesticides! This is counterproductive)
1 Green Apple
6 Stalks Celery
1/2 Cucumber
1 few squeezes of lemon
Kale
Ahh this makes me wish I had a juicer!!

ReplyDeleteI don't have a juicer so have to make do with green smoothies. They are so refreshing and give a great energy boost!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE juicing. Mine isnt a very fancy one, but it gets the job done! I love any juice with apples. So delicious!
